These ethical rules can be summed up as requiring an attorney at law, as a fiduciary, to place his client’s interests ahead of his own interests. Such ethical standard for attorneys is consistent with my aim as a Christian to live unselfishly and serve others (1 Corinthians 10:24, Galatians 5:13).
